Stewart’s Mill is a Three Phase Community:
Phase I - The Glens
Phase II - The Lakes
Phase III - Lakes II
Upon completion of all the homes, this will be a 350-home Community.
The Stewart's Mill Community is located in Douglas County, just outside the Douglasville City limits. Our residents enjoy being a part of the the City of Douglasville, which has great diversity, a rich history and is conveniently located about 20 Miles west of Atlanta.
The City of Douglasville is a family-friendly town and you can always find year-round family and kid-friendly activities on their Website.
Our community has a great working relationship with the local Douglasville Police Department and the Douglas County sheriff's Office. They are extremely responsive and work very hard to keep us safe. Officers and superiors are always available to attend one of our community meetings to bring us up-to-date on community issues. The County handles tax collection, tag renewals and other services.
